RLO message
With exam season creeping up on us, I want to remind registrars that life is always more important than work. And mental health always comes before career progression.
It’s easy to get caught up in comparison, imposter syndrome, study guilt, anxiety and overwhelm. Long hours at work topped off with long hours of study can take a toll, regardless of who you are.
Take a break, go for a walk and sit in the sun (with SPF 50+)! You have to eat dinner regardless, so have it with friends or family. Try to do it without a screen in front of you. Pack in the veggies and brain food. Move your body. Breathe. Be kind to yourself and give yourself grace.
