Registrars will be paid via Services Australia in accordance with the Nationally Consistent Payments Framework set out by the Department of Health.
The critical steps for this to occur are:
STEP 1: Establish a PRODA Account and confirm your Medicare Provider Number is active.
Most registrars already have a PRODA account as this was required to apply for your MPN and your MPN is linked to your training practice.
STEP 2: Complete your personal banking details within PRODA – Please double check the correct account is listed as this is where your Registrar Payments will be paid by Services Australia from 1 February 2023.
