YourGP is GP-led and doctor-obsessed. We're Canberra's preferred GP registrar training location, with strong mentorship in skin cancer, minor surgery and joint injections. The doctors around you are clinically excellent and happy to share skills — you'll get better here.
The facilities are genuinely top-notch. A modern 9-room clinic where every room has an outside view (no windowless boxes), on-site surgical theatre, nurse treatment rooms and full nursing support. We build clinics doctors actually want to work in.
And you'll bill really well. Established GPs on 4 days bill $700k+, taking home ~$430k before tax and super, with 6 weeks' leave — and we guarantee a minimum $180/hour for your first 3 months while you ramp up. About 90% privately billed; patients value the service and turn up, so our DNA rate is just 1.5%.
No retainers, quotas, set hours or lock-in contracts — you're a tenant, not an employee. Set your own hours and leave. Reception and nursing exist to serve you and your patients, so you can focus on medicine.
