About the
role:
- Lead
the Anaesthesia team, driving high-quality care and influencing health service
delivery across CQHHS.
- Inspire
and support multidisciplinary teams through strong clinical leadership, staff
development, education and supervision of trainees, students and medical staff.
- Champion
safety, quality improvement and continuous innovation to achieve strong
clinical and operational outcomes for the community.
- Demonstrate
clinical and technical expertise with appropriate knowledge, skills, and
ability to deliver quality services.
About you:
- Bachelor
of MBBS or equivalent eligible for registration with the Medical Board of
Australia.
- Enrolment
and maintenance of ongoing CME program with the appropriate bodies.
- Registration
or eligibility for registration as a Specialist in Anaesthesia with AHPRA. This
will require FANZCA or:
- Fellowship of the Royal Australian
College of General Practitioners (FRACGP)
- FARGP or FRACGP-RG
- Fellowship of the Australian College
of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM)
- Diploma of Rural Generalist

What we
offer:
Total remuneration value of up to
$582,299 p.a. is comprised of:
- A salary rate between $216,643 -
$274,678 p.a.
- 12.75% employer superannuation
contribution
- 17.5% leave loading
