Triple M Medical Bargo Pty Ltd trading as Bargo Doctors is seeking an experienced General Practitioner to join our established and growing general practice in Bargo, NSW. This is a permanent full-time position of 38 hours per week with expected annual earnings of $250,000–$450,000 depending on experience, billings and patient demand. Visa sponsorship may be available for suitably qualified applicants.
Bargo Doctors is an independently owned Australian general practice committed to delivering comprehensive, patient-centred healthcare to the local community. We provide care across all age groups with a strong focus on preventive health, chronic disease management, continuity of care and evidence-based medicine.
The successful applicant will provide comprehensive general practice services including the assessment and management of acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive health assessments, chronic disease management, mental health care, women's health, men's health, children's health, immunisations, minor procedures and coordination of care with specialists, hospitals and allied health providers. The role requires the maintenance of accurate clinical records and compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
Applicants must hold a recognised medical degree, be eligible for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), and have a minimum of five years' experience in comprehensive general practice. Strong clinical, communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), Fellowship of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM), or equivalent qualifications are desirable.
