O’Halloran Medical Centre is a family-owned medical facility located 20 mins south of the Adelaide CBD, and only a 10-minute drive to our beautiful beaches.
Our clinic offers a range of services such as minor surgical procedures, child and adult immunisations, chronic disease management and general family medicine. General Practitioners consulting at our clinic offer a range of specialised services such as hypnotherapy, iron infusions, podiatry and skin care.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Due to a large daily wait list of patients, we are seeking the services of a highly experienced vocationally registered General Practitioner to help manage our large number of patients. As part of the clinical team, you will be able to incorporate your own special interest into your general practice schedule as well as work alongside our onsite nurses and allied health team.
We are a great, close-knit team of 6 GPs, 7 Admin staff and 2 practice nurses and we love having a fun day. We are bit of a crazy bunch so a great sense of humor will be a requirement. We believe that we all need a good work life balance, so we are flexible with consulting hours.
DUTIES TO PROVIDE:
- High quality, primary health care services to the community, in keeping with best practice standards.
- Respond to medical/health problems presented by patients including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate.
- Prescribe for patients as appropriate to need.
- Provide appropriate health promotion and preventative healthcare advice to all patients attending the practice.
