Wheatbelt Health Network Incorporated is looking to expand with one or two GPs, to servicethe needs of the clinic’s catchment. Opportunity has now presented for experienced GeneralPractitioners to join the Wheatbelt Health Network team. We are a non-profit entity providing multidisciplinary primary care in the Wheatbelt region, byproviding GP, nursing, aboriginal and allied health services. Wheatbelt Health Network is a GPSuperclinic in the Northam health precinct, with a pharmacy,pathology and the Northam Hospital nearby. Additional Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islandhealth services operate at locations in Narrogin and Northam. Interested practitioners may work a full week or specific blocks of days, negotiable in order toprovide robust Monday to Friday services.
What we are looking for
- AHPRA registration and a valid qualification to practice medicine in Australia
- An experienced General Practitioner (FRACGP or FACRRM or someone who doesnot require any supervision) who has worked in an aboriginal community and/or aprimary care setting
- Excellent clinical skills and a thorough understanding of evidence-based medicalpractices
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
