Social Futures seeks a passionate GP or Nurse Practitioner to join our AOD Programs, The Bridge and Pillars of Support, in Singleton and the Hunter Region. This is a unique chance to make a meaningful impact in regional health while enjoying flexibility and a supportive team environment.

About the Role: As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide primary health care and medical oversight while AOD case managers deliver wrap-around psychosocial support. Together, you’ll help people achieve better health outcomes and long-term recovery.

Requirements:

  • A GP or Nurse Practitioner with an interest in Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD).
  • Already prescribing opioid pharmacotherapies or motivated to gain accreditation.
  • Passionate about community health, collaboration, and continuity of care.
  • Working with Children and National Police Checks are mandatory.
