Our accredited purposely-built medical centre is recruiting a highly motivated VR GP/GP trainee (PEP pathway) to join our team in Blackheath Medical Center (MM3 location).
We are still registering over a hundred patients every week, and we aren't slowing down anytime soon!
Whether you are pursuing your next challenge in general practice and about to start your PEP training journey, or you are a VR GP who is considering moving to the Blue Mountains for a change of scenery, we definitely have something for you.
Our catchment area has an overall population of over 100000 residents, where most practices aren't accepting new patients. It is unfortunate that the area has been dramatically underserved for a long time.
Because of this unprecedented demand, we are confident that the opportunity has arisen for another VR GP/GP trainee to join forces!
Blackheath is about 50 minutes away from Penrith(MM3 location), which is commutable via a scenic drive across the Blue Mountains. It is also accessible by train. Our clinic is literally a minute's walk from the train station!
Blackheath Medical Center is a GP-owned and operated medical center. We are genuinely interested in medical teaching, and as we helped a huge number of GP trainees over the years. We would encourage PEP candidates to consider our clinic. Our management fee is negotiable and will be based on experience among other factors!
Qualifications:*Current general registration with AHPRA.
*Have a passion for delivering exceptional patient service and outcomes.
*Experience/Interest in medical teaching is a bonus.
