This VMO role involves conducting
admission physical examinations and addressing short term general
medical concerns that arise during an admission at our mental health
hospital. Patients’ health needs are supported by a multidisciplinary team,
including allied health professionals, mental health nurses, physicians, and
referring psychiatrists, ensuring comprehensive and coordinated care.

Availability:
Once weekly on a Wednesday with flexible hours. This role
offers flexibility to work as many or as few hours as needed, making it
ideal for someone looking to balance work with other personal or
professional priorities. Additional shifts may be offered when cover is
required.
- Location:
At our Gilberton inpatient facility, free onsite parking available.
- Essential:
Must be Vocationally Registered (VR) GP.
- Desirable:
Experience in mental health, though not essential.
