General Practitioner (GP) FT/PT VR - Hoppers Crossing
Our newly established Practice provides high quality primary care to a vibrant, and multicultural community. We have a supportive team of GPs, nurses and staff. We have an environment of modern facilities and strong commitment to patient wellbeing.
We are seeking a VR General Practitioner to join our team and will consider GP with over 5 years of Australian experience.
The successful candidate will deliver comprehensive primary care services and contribute to the ongoing development of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary medical care
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct health assessments, preventive care, and screenings
• Collaborate with nurses, allied health professionals, and specialists
• Build long-term relationships with patients and families
Requirements
• Vocationally Registered (VR) – FRACGP doctor or a restricted VR doctor who has worked for >5 years in Australia with <5 years of the moratorium period remaining.
• Be currently AHPRA registered and permitted to work in Australia
• Be able to apply for a Medicare Provider Number.
• Have your own professional indemnity insurance (copy of your policy must be provided)
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centred care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
