Christmas is fast approaching and with the busy period also comes locum opportunities as GP centres wind down for the holiday period.
If you would like to register your interest for some Christmas locum work, this is the perfect opportunity at our Carlton Urgent Care Centre.
Additionally, we have 8 sites operating across the Melbourne region, enough to suit anyone's commuting preferences.
We have work to suit the holiday period, or ongoing work in urgent care, with other new opportunities also coming soon to the urgent care space!
Our urgent cares sites are open 365 days a year from 8am to 10pm.
You’ll see a wide range of presentations, including:
- Minor fractures, sprains, and musculoskeletal injuries

Lacerations and wound management
-
Respiratory and ENT conditions

Infections, fevers, and acute pain management

Urgent medical assessments and referrals
About You:
You are passionate about urgent and acute care, patient-centred, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
Requirements:

Current AHPRA registration
RACGP or ACRRM Fellowship (or working towards)
- Advanced Life Support Cert (within 3 years of completion)
- Vocational Registration as General Practitioner

Strong communication and teamwork skills
