About the
roles
The Medical Practitioner & Senior Medical Officer (Fellow)
will provide and supervise medical care to prisoners by delivering and
evaluating medical programs and medical services required and/or provided. The
Medical Practitioner coordinates hours of service and on-call responsibilities
in consultation with the Health Services Manager and the Director, Medical
Services.
Locations and
salaries
Working at multiple locations to increase to Full Time can be
discussed.
Senior Medical
Practitioner - Salary is $405,000.00 per annum + 12 %
Super or pro rata for Part Time.
Marngoneet Correctional Centre, Lara - 0.8 FTE, 4 days per week
Western Plains Correctional Centre, Lara - 1.8 FTE, Full Time or Part Time
Metropolitan Remand Centre, Truganina - 1.4 FTE, Full Time or Part Time
Ravenhall Correctional Centre, Ravenhall - 1.7 FTE, Full Time or Part Time
Loddon Prison, Castlemaine - 0.8 FTE, 4 days per week
Medical Practitioner - Salary is $300,000.00 per annum + 12% Super
or pro rata for Part
Time
Langi Kal Kal Prison, Langi Kal Kal - 0.3 FTE, 3 days per fortnight
Hopkins Correctional Centre, Ararat - 1.2 FTE, Full Time or Part Time
Melbourne Assessment Prison, West Melbourne - 1 FTE, Full Time
Karreenga Correctional Centre, Lara - 0.4 FTE, 2 days per fortnight
Metropolitan Remand Centre, Truganina - 1.2 FTE, Full Time or Part Time
Ravenhall Correctional Centre, Ravenhall - 1.2 FTE, Full Time or Part Time
