About the practice 

• Architecturally designed by Studio Nine, this clinic sets a new benchmark in general practice. 
• Spacious 470 sqm practice with 10 GP consult rooms, 2 nurse rooms, pathology, a 3-bed treatment room, and natural light flowing throughout. 
• Co-located in a dedicated healthcare hub with Radiology SA, Smart Health, Icon & National Pharmacies.
• The 3 apartment towers above offer a captive market for new patients, with hundreds of new residents moving in. 
• Since opening in January 2026, we’ve grown to 10 part time GPs seeing ~300 patients per week, including ~60 new patients per week.
• Open 7 days.

• Great earning potential (70% of billings). Predominantly private billing practice with capacity to achieve $400+ per hour.
