Are you tired of rushed appointments and transactional medicine? At Health on Henley, we’re building something different – a practice where healthcare is built on relationships. We’re seeking a vocationally registered GP who shares our commitment to comprehensive, relationship-based care. This is your opportunity to practice medicine the way it should be – with time to truly know your patients and their health stories.

About Health on Henley

Located in Brooklyn Park, Health on Henley is bringing back the family doctor experience using a mixed-billing model. We start every new patient relationship with a 30-minute initial consultation and 15-minute reviews. This isn’t a luxury – it’s essential to understanding the complete health picture and establishing the foundation for ongoing care. Our healthcare team combines the expertise of GPs, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses who work collaboratively to deliver comprehensive services. What sets us apart is continuity. Our patients aren’t just appointment slots – they’re part of our practice community.

The Opportunity

You’ll work within our supportive multidisciplinary team where you’ll have clinical and administrative support that allows you to focus on what matters most – your patients. We offer genuine flexibility with part time or full time arrangements to suit your lifestyle.

We offer a signing bonus of $4,000 per day/week committed (eg.. 2 days/week = $8,000). Bonus paid after 6 months of service, T&Cs apply.

Our service fee is 30% and gap payments apply to most consults, ensuring you’re fairly rewarded for the quality care you provide while we handle the admin. You’ll have access to comprehensive clinical resources and the backing of experienced colleagues who understand that meaningful health care can’t be rushed.
