VR General Practitioner – Hybrid Role (Clinic + Telehealth) | Geelong / Werribee | Veteran Health $308/hr (in-clinic) | $220/hr (remote) | 2 days per week -Flexible Schedule Mon–Fri
We’re looking for a Vocationally Registered GP to join a collaborative team supporting Australian Veterans. This hybrid role blends in-clinic patient care with remote, team-based case conferencing.
About the Role
• Deliver preventative and chronic care consultations to Veterans
• Key areas: joint health, diabetes education, skin checks, chronic pain, mental health referrals
• Participate in multidisciplinary case conferencing with Social Workers and Allied Health
• Conduct care reviews to support coordinated, holistic care

About You
• Vocationally Registered GP with current AHPRA registration
• Confident in both face-to-face and Telehealth consultations
• Reliable, collaborative, and proactive in team-based care
• Interest and/or experience in Veteran-focused healthcare
