Shire Family Medical is a busy, patient-focused general practice in Sydney's Sutherland Shire, seeking a Vocationally Registered GP to join our team on a permanent basis.
SFM is a family-owned, non-corporate practice. We maintain high clinical standards with a genuine commitment to patient care. Our experienced nursing team provides strong day to day clinical support, allowing our GPs to focus on what they do best.
About the Role
You will provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups, managing acute presentations, chronic disease, preventive care, and mental health. You will conduct health assessments, develop mental health care plans and chronic disease management plans, and work collaboratively with nursing staff, allied health, and specialists.
About You
FRACGP or FACRRM with current Vocational Registration - essential
Current AHPRA registration with no conditions - essential
Strong communication skills and commitment to patient centred care
Experience in paediatrics, chronic disease management and preventive health preferred
