Role & Responsibilities:·
Provide comprehensive primary healthcare to patients of all ages.· Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions.· Perform routine examinations, preventive care, and chronic disease management.· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.· Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.· Offer guidance on lifestyle, diet, and preventive healthcare measures.
Requirements:·
