General Practitioner – Veteran Health | $220/hr | 100% Remote | 2 Days/Week | Case Conferencing + Telehealth
We are currently seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to support the health and wellbeing of Veterans through collaborative case conferencing and follow-up telehealth care.
About the Role
Join a highly supportive and multidisciplinary panel of medical and allied health professionals focused on Veteran patient care.
This role is required for 2 days/week, duties and tasks include:
Case Conferencing – preference for a Thursday full day 8 hours p/wk
- Review and discuss veteran patient cases with a collaborative multidisciplinary panel
- Provide input and clinical expertise to inform ongoing care recommendations
Telehealth Consultations - 4 - 6 hours p/wk (flexible day/s)
- Conduct telehealth appointments with Veterans to assess their eligibility for services and refer where appropriate.
- Discuss recommendations from case conference panels

- Start date: June 2026
- Schedule: 2 days per week - 12 - 14 hours per week
- Location: Telehealth-based role – work from anywhere in NSW
- Rate: $220 per hour GST inc.
Requirements
- Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM
- Current AHPRA registration
- Must be residing in New South Wales, Australia
- Availability for 2 days per week on an ongoing basis
- Previous experience with Veteran health (desirable but not essential)
- Confident in collaborative care models and telehealth delivery
