This part-time role offers flexible working hours shifts available Monday - Sunday in a beautiful beach side setting in Curl Curl. The Medical Officer VR is responsible for providing medical
treatment for individual inpatient clients at South Pacific Private Hospital,
including admission assessments, detox management and ongoing medical evaluation
and care. Care for Day Program clients is limited to intervention in
medical emergency (code blue) while awaiting transfer to emergency department.
Qualifications/experience/personal

Recognised current NSW Medical Board qualifications
(AHPRA)
Current medical indemnity and workers comp insurance
Current CPR certificate
SPP Medical Provider Number
Preferable 1 year Experience with Drug and Alcohol
detoxification/Psychiatry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and
presentation
