Kareela Family Practice is a privately owned, predominantly private billing practice based in a quiet suburban setting. We are a single-owner, female-led practice with a strong focus on maintaining a supportive, collegiate working environment. Our team of independent GPs work collaboratively, with regular discussions around care pathways, workflows, and billing structures while maintaining full autonomy in clinical decision making and billing according to individual patient presentations. We are seeking a VR GP who is either building their patient base or looking to transition an existing cohort into a flexible and supportive practice.
