About the practice

• Beautiful, modern practice with day spa vibes, extensive natural light, and reverse cycle A/C throughout. 
• Outstanding location in the award-winning ‘WEST’ development, adjacent 1,300 new dwellings & Westfield West Lakes. 
• Since opening in 2021, we’ve grown rapidly to 10 GPs seeing 700+ patients per week, and we’re struggling to keep up with patient demand, so you can be assured of a strong patient flow from day one. 
• Our current GPs have up to 5 week waiting lists, so you’ll have no internal competition for new patients. 
• Several GPs have recently retired in the area, so there are many patients looking for a new GP.  

What we offer

• Great earning potential (70% of billings). Mixed billing practice with capacity to achieve $400+ per hour.  
• Sign-on incentive of $25k (for 35 hours per week, pro rata for less). 
• Minimum guarantee of $180/hour for the first 3 months. 
• Quality CDM & clinical nursing support = reduced workload + greater income (standard service fee on nurse billings).
