About the practice 

• Modern practice with 10 GP consult rooms, 2 nurse rooms, pathology and a 2-bed treatment room. 
• Located in the Parks Community Hub in a purpose-built health development with great foot traffic, adjacent community gym, library and childcare centres. 
• We’re a busy, well-established practice with a large patient base in an underserviced and growing community, so you can be guaranteed a strong patient flow from day one. 
• We currently have 9 GPs seeing 900+ patients per week. 
• We don’t currently have a permanent female GP, so there is a dire need for a GP with an interest in women’s health. 

What we offer 

• Great earning potential (70% of billings). Mixed billing practice with capacity to achieve $350+ per hour.  
• Sign-on incentive of $25k (for 35 hours per week, pro rata for less). 
• Minimum guarantee of $180/hour for the first 3 months. 
• Quality CDM & clinical nursing support = reduced workload + greater income (standard service fee on nurse billings).
