We're Grove Medical Victoria Park, and we're looking for a female GP who's had enough of the impossible mathematics of modern general practice: complex PCOS management in 15 minutes, contraception counselling squeezed between reviews, perimenopausal women apologising for taking your time.
You didn't train for this. Neither did we. So we built something different.
Time That Belongs to You
As an independent contractor, you control your appointment lengths, patient load, and schedule. Want 30-minute women's health consultations? Book them. Our private level C consults ($195) provide the same hourly rate as level B ($105)—meaning longer appointments don't penalise you financially. Your clinical autonomy includes temporal autonomy.

RACGP-accredited practice meetings during work hours. CPD points logged for you.
