Most good GPs aren’t actively job hunting. They’re busy, settled, and doing good work.
But every now and then, it’s worth knowing what else is out there.
At The Surgery at Jerra, we’ve built something we’re genuinely proud of — a strong, supportive team, great patients, and a culture that backs good general practice.
We’re a privately-owned, non-corporate practice on the ACT/NSW border, with an established and consistent patient base. Our consulting rooms are currently full, but we’re always open to the right GP.
What you can expect:
- A full and consistent patient base very early on
- A collaborative, supportive GP team
- Flexible consulting arrangements
- Strong clinical support, including experienced supervisors
- Regular clinical and team meetings
- Opportunities to develop your areas of interest
- A practice that values continuity of care and clinical autonomy
This isn’t a “build your books” role. It’s a place to step into meaningful, well-supported general practice.
If you’re quietly curious, I’m always happy to have a chat.
