An update on payments

Supervisor PD payments are on track to be paid in March as advised. These are to be paid directly by the college. If you have not yet completed your payment form, please do so now. 

NCP payments are all being processed in March by Services Australia. The college continues to work with Services Australia to refine the process.

Clinical Point of Care Tools

Supervisors can now access clinical point of care tools Therapeutic Guidelines on the Quick Links & Subscriptions tab in the TMS. Once you have logged into the TMS platform, click on the “Quick Links and Subscriptions” tab to access these without the need to sign in again.

2023.2 Practice placement confirmation survey - ACTION REQUIRED

The 2023.2 practice placement confirmation survey is now open. All practices need to review and confirm their facility details in the TMS. In regions where 2023.2 placements were arranged by the Regional Training Organisation prior to transition, practices will need to confirm the details of those placements. In regions where placements were only arranged for the first six months of 2023, and 2023.2 placements have not yet been arranged, practices will need to indicate their placement capacity for 2023.2 and update their practice profile.  

All placement confirmation surveys need to be completed by 4 April 2023. Please contact your training coordinator with any questions about the placement confirmation survey or 2023.2 placement process.
