With your first term in the FSP coming to an end, this is a final appeal to ensure your EASL components have been completed with your supervisor. Second term will commence on 3 July 2023!
Please ensure that you complete all the following components of your EASL:
- EASL pack completed in full and uploaded into your Documentation section of your portal. This is used for accreditation purposes. If you are having difficulties uploading into the portal, then contact a member of our team.
- In the Assessments and Forms section of your FSP Portal:

Clinical Case Analysis (CCA) completed two (2) cases and your supervisor has assessed and provided feedback in their FSP Portal

Observations (Mini CEX) your supervisor has observed you seeing four (4) patients and provided feedback which is reflected in your portal

Cultural awareness module - If you have not yet completed the Introduction to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Awareness Training, please prioritise it as it is a mandatory component of the FSP program. The training can be accessed via the LMS home button (top right corner of the FSP portal) takes you to GPLearning, where you can access and complete online modules.
Supervisors – If you have not done so, please remember to complete the end of term progress reports for your registrar/s!
We’re here to support you on your journey to Fellowship, but it’s up to you to make the most of the expertise and assistance available to you. Importantly, communicating with your supervisor, training site and program team effectively and appropriately, as well as completing program-related administrative tasks in a timely manner.
