Support your registrars to complete Registrar Clinical Encounters in Training (ReCEnT)

The ReCEnT projects aims to provide registrars, their supervisors and medical educators, with in-depth analysis of the patients and the medical problems registrars encounter, and how they treat them.    

If your registrar(s) is required to complete ReCEnT in 2024.1 they will have received an email from ReCEnT online, including instructions to complete their encounter forms and the due date. Please see the details of participating regions in the table below.

At the completion of the ReCEnT, an analysis of the 60 consultations is compiled in a feedback report. Please reflect on the report’s findings with your registrar and use the results to inform the learning plan.

Catch up on the ‘Storylines’ webinar series

Enrich your understanding of and practice in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health during the ‘Storylines’ webinar series. Hosted by Dr Danielle Arabena and Dr Kali Hayward, in collaboration with the RACGP and Joint College Training Services (JCTS), the series promises a journey of learning and connection.
