This is a great opportunity to ensure your EASL components have been completed with your supervisor. They must include the following:
All registrars please check your portal to ensure you’ve done the following:
- EASL pack completed in full and uploaded into your Documentation section of your portal. This is used for accreditation purposes.
In the Assessments and Forms section of your FSP Portal:
- Clinical Case Analysis (CCA) completed two (2) cases and your supervisor has assessed and provided feedback in their FSP Portal
- Observations (Mini CEX) your supervisor has observed you seeing four (4) patients and provided feedback which is reflected in your portal
- Cultural awareness module - If you have not yet completed the Introduction to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural Awareness Training, please prioritise it as it is a mandatory component of the FSP program. The module is located in GPLearning.
We’re here to support you on your journey to Fellowship, but it’s up to you to make the most of the support and expertise available to you. This includes communicating with your supervisor, training site and program team effectively and appropriately and completing program-related administrative tasks in a timely manner.
We can only give you the right support if you communicate to us your need for help. If you’re worried about anything related to your training journey, please reach out to someone within your training support system who you feel most comfortable talking to. This could be your supervisor, regional ME or Regional Training Coordinator.
If you’re unsure about what you are required to do, please don’t hesitate to reach out your Regional Training Coordinators. Their details can be found at the bottom of this email.
