Updated AGPT claim forms now available on the TMS

The following new AGPT claim forms are now available in the TMS document library:

1. Registrar Incentivised Placement Claim 
2. New Supervisor PD Claim 
3. Supervisor PD Travel Claim (for MMM3+ supervisors) 
4. Registrar Travel to Mandatory Workshops Claim 

This is the first step in streamlining our claims process to improve the experience for practices, supervisors and registrars.  

To find the forms, click on 'Forms, Documents & Links' on the TMS homepage, or you can search for the form you need. You'll need to use the new claim forms when requesting reimbursement for incentivised placements, travel for workshops and professional development and supervisor professional development.
