Florid pustular eruption in an adult man

A man, aged 44 years, presented to hospital with a painful eruption involving the right shoulder. Four days later, the affected area had evolved into a pustular eruption associated with severe pain.


Targeting an acute skin eruption

A male aged 16 years presented to the emergency department with a three-day history of oral ulceration involving the lips that was associated with skin and genital lesions.
